Agreement to Terms
Welcome to KLR Kendale Lakes Roof Solutions. By using our website or hiring us for roofing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We'll post any changes on this page, and it's your responsibility to check back regularly. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
Services We Provide
We offer professional roofing services including repairs, replacements, installations, inspections, and maintenance. All services are performed by trained professionals following industry standards and local building codes.
Every project starts with an assessment and written estimate. We'll explain what work needs to be done, how long it will take, and what it will cost. You'll never be surprised by hidden fees or unexpected charges.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may change if we discover additional damage or issues during the work that weren't visible during the initial inspection.
If we find something unexpected, we'll stop work and discuss your options before moving forward. You'll always have the final say on whether to proceed with additional repairs.
Payment Terms
We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. Payment schedules for larger projects will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
If you're working with insurance, we're happy to help with the claims process. However, you're ultimately responsible for payment even if your insurance claim is denied or pays less than expected.
Scheduling and Delays
We do our best to stick to the schedule we give you. However, weather, material delays, or unexpected discoveries can push back completion dates. We'll keep you informed if delays happen.
Emergency repairs are prioritized and scheduled as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. Regular maintenance and non-urgent repairs are scheduled based on availability.
Warranties and Guarantees
All our work comes with a warranty covering workmanship. Material warranties come from the manufacturers. We'll provide you with warranty information for both labor and materials before starting your project.
To keep your warranty valid, you need to maintain your roof according to our recommendations. This includes regular inspections and addressing minor issues before they become major problems.
Your Responsibilities
You're responsible for providing clear access to your roof and property. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, or decorations that might be in the way. You should also inform us about any pets or special property considerations.
If you have an HOA, it's your responsibility to get any required approvals before we start work. We're happy to provide documentation your HOA might need.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel scheduled work by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. If materials have already been ordered or work has begun, you may be responsible for those costs.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Liability and Insurance
We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our insurance protects both you and our team members in case of accidents or damage during work.
While we take every precaution to protect your property, we're not responsible for damage to landscaping, utilities, or structures that weren't disclosed to us before starting work.
Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our work, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve any concerns fairly and quickly. Most issues can be solved with open communication.
Any disputes that can't be resolved directly will be handled according to Florida law. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
